No — these are static QR codes. The data is encoded directly into the pattern and works for as long as the image exists.

Why doesn't my QR code scan?
Common causes are low contrast, too small a print size, or too much data packed into the code. Increase the print size, raise error correction, or shorten the content, then test-scan before printing in bulk.
Can I add a logo to any QR code?
