CSV format
Two columns, comma-separated, no header row needed:

A plain list with one value per line, no commas at all, works the same way: each line just becomes a QR code with an auto-generated file name.

How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 500 in one batch. If you paste more than that, only the first 500 lines are generated, and the page tells you so before you download.
What CSV format do I need?
One row per QR code: the value to encode in the first column, and an optional file name in the second column, separated by a comma. A plain list with one value per line (no commas) also works.
Are the codes free to use?
